WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST CLASS

We know starting something new can be intimidating. Here's exactly what happens in your first session.

Arrive Early

Come 10 minutes before your first class. We'll get you set up with hand wraps and gloves.

Warm-Up

Every class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injury.

Technique Training

Learn proper form and technique from our expert coaches. We focus on fundamentals first.

Practice & Drills

Apply what you learned through bag work, mitt work, and partner drills.

Cool Down

End with stretching and recovery to help your body recover and build flexibility.
